Gene level sponsorship

Includes two complimentary meeting scientific registrations (including all receptions and dinners) and a 10′ x 10′ exhibit space.

The printed program will reflect the various exhibitors and their commitment level. Exhibitor logos will be displayed on-screen between talks and during session breaks.

Chromosome level sponsorship

Includes three complimentary meeting scientific registrations (including all receptions and dinners) and a 10′ x 10′ exhibit space.

The printed program will reflect the various exhibitors and their commitment level. Exhibitor logos will be displayed on-screen between talks and during session breaks. Chromosome level exhibitors will be allocated 20 minutes during a lunch break to invite guest speakers and/or highlight their technology and products.

Continental breakfast/lunch/tea breaks will acknowledge sponsorships for Chromosome level exhibitors (may be more than 1 exhibitor per break depending on number of sponsors).

Genome level sponsorship

Includes four complimentary meeting scientific registrations (including all receptions and dinners) and a 10′ x 20′ exhibit space.

The printed program will reflect the various exhibitors and their commitment level. Exhibitor logos will be displayed on-screen between talks and during session breaks.

Sponsorship for the Distinguished Cytogeneticist Dinner will be acknowledged for Genome level exhibitors.

Genome level exhibitors will be afforded the opportunity to participate in the “Vendor Showcase” where they will be allocated 30 minutes of prime meeting time (before lunch) to invite guest speakers and/or highlight their technology and products. Time allotment will be equal for all Genome exhibitors. Days allocated for each vendor showcase will be randomly assigned. A limited number of Genome level exhibitors are available and will be therefore be assigned on a “first-signed-up” basis.
