There are many things to do in Norfolk!

If you have little ones with you, take the ferry to Portsmouth and visit the Children’s Museum of Virginia.

If you want to know about the story of the maritime environment, industry, and the military, visit Nauticus and the Battleship Wisconsin.

If you get in early on Sunday, you could catch a minor league baseball game (1:05pm versus the Gwinnett Stripers), just a short train ride from downtown. The Norfolk Tides are the triple A affiliate of the Baltimore Orioles.

If you like museums, the Chrysler Museum of Art is free. Closed Mondays.

If you want to get active, take a walk, run, scooter, or bike ride along the Elizabeth River Trail.
